What are some good over the counter prenatal vitamins ? I'm currently 5 weeks and I wanted to start taking them before I make an appt with my obgyn .. TIA !!! 😊😊

Healthy mama Be Well Rounded!  Has all the vitamins and minerals plus dha without the fushburp.  Also doesn't cause nausea or constipation as has a special iron that is more gentle and absorbs quicker.  Look on walmart or target.com for great reviews!!!
These have been a lifesaver. Only vitamins I could keep down. And sugar free!!!!  Good luck.

I LOVE seven seas trying for a baby. Its amazing!! Read the reviews from the likes of babycentre from women who have tried it! Theyre all saying after 1/2 boxes they got their bfp. After a few days their nails and hair was amazing, they felt great. Sure enough 6 days after starting them my nails are so damn long and stronger than theyve ever been! OH isnt too happy ive been tearing him up! edward scissorhands up in here! But after reading them reviews, im hoping next ovulation I conceive! Definitely hopeful taking these and ive never felt that way about any other prenatals.

I found Centrum prenatal and dha vitamins, you have to take 2 different pills, but after comparing them with other vitamins I find they have everything you need.

Vitapearl by vitacare. Ask your dr to prescribe it to you and most insurances cover it FREE!!!! Most you pay is 25$ if you don't have insurance. Has DHA, iron and folic acid. Plus all the other stuff. One pill a day!!
