This job I have been preparing for the last 2 weeks called me and took back their job offer. So I called the place I had as a back up, and they just filled all the positions they had available. Talk about depressing. The second I got off the phone with my back up, I broke into tears. Then I calmed myself down for a few minutes until I could get in the shower and cry with the shower sounds and my music covering up the sound of my crying. I was so excited to have the job just to have them take back the job offer when I am one step away from having done everything they asked of me! WTF!
