Ovulation help

So yesterday I had the empty smiling face means LOW, I am new to all this!!! Had my  first through mini stim at fertility doc, now this morning I get a PEAK sign, how come I didn't get a high opk sign? What do I do? I guess I do ovulate on my own but my issue was my eggs don't get big enough to get fertilized, so I'm taking suppleness to help!!! So my question is can it just jump to Peak from low??
