If so, how much did it cost? Full price (without insurance)

We did it at 12 weeks. Our insurance covered it, but when they send the statement it shows how much it would have cost without insurance. For us in AZ without insurance it would have cost $800. 
Do you not have insurance? If your doctor thinks you need it insurance will cover the cost.
