Early gender scan

Anyone have an early gender scan and it was wrong? We had ours now at 14 weeks (it's a girl! 💕) but a friend was telling me about another girl who had one at 14 weeks and was told girl but went to her 20 week appointment and they told her it's a boy! So nervous about that happening! Also, did anyone totally not believe the gender when they found out? I would've sworn I was having a boy!
