Question please help!!! Please respond :)

So two weeks ago my husband had sex 3 days in a row and two weeks later (Oct 24th) I spotted. Now in the week after that I experienced sore breast , migraines , slight cramping , and back pain. I took a pregnancy test on Sunday (Nov 2nd) it was negative. I am still experiencing symptoms especially breast tenderness. Did I test to early? Could I be pregnant?
