Just started app need help

Okay so i have recebtly downloaded '<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a>' & it allows me to mark down when ive had sex. i cant seem to find where to mark my symptoms or the days ive had sex ob this app ... can anyone help? ??
