Moderate to severe back pain
I'm asking for any suggestions to help. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and I'm experiencing horrible back pain in my lower back. It's sharp and sometimes shoots through my back. I experienced the same with my first pregnancy but it was in my last trimester and not as bad, I just stayed on a heating pad. I'm taking Tylenol but it's not working.
