Wedding planning problems?!!!!??!!!

Question

So isn't a maid of honor supposed to be there with you through the whole process? Instead of ignoring you and only doing 2 things with you?!!! Like am I missing something when it comes to this!? Cause I'm stressing out. My 2 bridesmaids are helping me way more then my maid of honor! Please someone inform me on how this is supposed to go?!!!

I did everything pretty much on my own. I asked for very little help from my maids they were working a bunch I had a couple crafty girlfriends on hand that were super helpful. They don't have to help you, you can ask but really it isn't a requirement. They do it because they love you if she's sour about it maybe you don't need her in your wedding

My sister is my maid of honour. I was hers. I helped her with everything. I organised her hen do the way she wanted it, spent long nights doing her invites and church booklets, help with her favours, her decorations,  everything! She in return, organised my hen the way her and her friends wanted it, I cancelled it and did it by myself and have decided to do everything else without her help. Some people do things better then others. Some people know what's best for the bride and some only think of themselves. It doesn't mean they are a bad person it's just how some people differ. Have you tried asking her for help? At the end of the day, it's your wedding. Just because she's your maid of honour doesn't mean she has to do everything for you. Once she supports you and is there on the day is all that really matters.

My maid of honour didn't help much with planning but I didn't expect her to. Her role was to support me on the day and she did an amazing job, she brought my makeup in her bag for touch ups and reminded me about my painkillers, helped me readjust my dress etc she also spent the entire day and night before the wedding with me and distracted me from nerves. I really hope I get the chance to do it for her one day too, she is honestly my best friend and all I expected of her was for her to enjoy the day with me.
