Diaper rash

I've tried butt paste too. I wonder if it's the actual diaper? I was using pampers swaddlers - I have some seventh generation brand I'm gonna try them for a few days to see if any change... 

I called dr Friday but she never called back...

Update: saw her dr yesterday and said to air dry as much as possible and use original Aand D as a barrier, no wipes- all which I was doing already but she said sometimes yeast can grow when the rash doesn't go away and baby doesn't stay dry enough- and hat is common for little babies bc they pee/poop so much . So she gave me a prescription for Nystatin (for yeast) too. It's already looking better ! I'm basically keeping her diaper off unless we have to leave the house!
