Why does sex hurt? 😅

My boyfriend and I have been having sex since early January; he was my first. It was painful the first couple of times, but it's been enjoyable and pain-free since then. All of a sudden it hurts again! I don't know why. Any insight? I'm super annoyed about it. 😓

It hurts for me when I tense up. I've also heard that not being aroused enough can make it hurt

You might not be fully aroused, slow down and take your time! Sometimes you think you are but your body's not

You could have a yeast infection.  Go see your OB or family doc. Or you could be allergic to the condoms. Either way you may need antibiotics.

if you can feel it deep inside it's probably because he's going too deep. but if it's outside, on your labia or around your vagina, you could have a rash of infection.
