Butthole pain close to period??

Does anyone experience really sharp anal pains when close to their period? The pain sometimes is almost unbearable, but thankfully it only lasts about 10 seconds. But still, I'm curious as to if anyone else has experienced this and if it's normal?

So glad to know im not the only one! I hate when this happens. It makes even walking hard. And when it happens when your talking to someone or at work. Lord... I wanna run away! Except i cant move!😂😂😂😂

Happens to me all the time on my period. It is very uncomfortable and probably one of my least favorite symptoms of pms! With ya girl!

I always feel much better when I just sit on the toilet IDK why I guess the pressure just helps ease my pain... But I know what your talking about

This is a very common thing, particularly during your period when your nerves are sensitive and your uterus is contracting. However if you find it unbearable to the point where you feel like you're being stabbed by knives or pooping hurts while on your period it can be a sign of endometriosis.

Wow I feel so much better! I thought I was weird haha. This happened to me last night and I went to the bathroom, and I could barely even pee because every time I tried the shooting pain happened again! And sometimes it'll shoot through my vag too 😂 so glad I'm not alone! Haha
