Sharp pain during pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been having sharp pains in my stomach. This is my second pregnancy and I never had these pains with my first. These pains are not like period pains because they are sharp and they come and go. I haven't had any bleeding. Should I worry or call the doctor? Has anyone else ever had this?
