When you poke your belly button, can you feel it in your vagina?

Hi so my vagina tingles when I poke my belly button. Noticed it years ago and it's been consistent. My theory is that belly buttons are connected to our genitals because of umbilical cord like experiences at birth. What do you think?

Yes I can. I also used to teach preschool and I had a little girl that would spend all day with her finger in her belly button and a silly look on her face. I didn't have the heart to tell her mom what I thought why she was doing it.

No, but when something pinches my finger, like I accidently pinch my finger in a binder I swear to god I can feel it in my belly button. It has something to do with nerve endings.

Yes! I had this weird like knot that I could grab and like tug on right under my belly button, and it would hurt super deep in my vagina. It was so weird!

I really wish someone knew why this happened. I've talked to people about this and they always think I'm crazy. I've never met anyone else who can feel it too. It isn't pleasurable for me though, it just feels weird / almost hurts my vagina. Didn't think anyone else had it too!

Sometimes when I do kegels I feel it in my belly button! When I first got pregnant I felt it constantly so I know exactly what you are talking about!

I looked this up as well and this was the result. Some people think you're crazy for posting this but it happens to a lot of people and just because it doesn't happen to them, it doesn't make you crazy. Anyways, I found a professional doctors response to this. (I think it's a doctor)

Before birth the umbilal cord(so called belly button) is the only connection between mother and baby for its  food, blood supply, excretion etc.
The umbilicus is connected to your bladder before birth which is called the URACHUS.

It becomes vestigeal after birth. This tissue helps in forming the bladder wall in the adults feeding directly into the Prostrate. This is also known as G-spot area in females. There is a great amount of nervous innervation to this area which indirectly connects to the umbulicus and makes your weird sensation when you tickle or put a finger in your belly button.
