Eating the placenta

Hello guys, my partner and I are planning a pregnancy and I was just thinking about the after birth of it all. I was wondering if anyone here has eaten their placenta or even got it out into capsules to take as a daily pill? If so, what symptoms have you had and how has it affected you post birth? Also, how has it affected your hormone level and as well as breastfeeding and conceiving again?
