Giving STDs
Do you think someone who knowingly has an STD should be criminally charged? Like tgey have an STD or had unprotected sex with someone with one, but have no symptoms, then proceed to have sex with someone else should be criminally charged with negligence. Or should you just be able to sue them?
And should it be only if the person gets seriously ill or dies, or a soon as they find out they have it.
