GESTATIONAL DIABETES; LOW BLOOD SUGAR??
Last week I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, but ever since I started their diet, I have had consistently low low blood sugar at every reading (70-75). This morning I woke up with a reading of 50. I am following the rules to a T, eating lots of carbs (they have a schedule amount of 128/day) and have been drinking lots of fluids and working out. But my blood sugar is TOO LOW!! I don't know how to adjust my diet. This morning I drank some orange juice to try and get my levels up and they still barely went to normal (96). What do I do?
