Will bein sick during ovulation hurt my chances of getting pregnant??!

I have had a chest cold through my fertile days except for two days, will this hurt my chances of getting pregnant if I'm taking care of myself?

No, I was really sick when I ovulated last month & it turned out as a BFP! I didn't think I would have a chance after how bad the chest & sinus cold was

I got really sick during ovulation and it totally screwed up my cycle that month. I guess it's a good thing tho, because my doctor said your body knows when you have an unhealthy egg (caused by fever) and won't let it be fertilized. Pretty cool that our bodies do that!
