Macafem and fertility?

My mom said she read this product works for unknown infertility. She bought our first bottle. Will start soon. Has anyone taken Macafem and conceived?

HelloI know I'm like a year late on this post, but this is my first comment and I wanted to let you know that I just started taking Macafem for conceiving, I found it at google shopping while searching for a natural product for fertility. Thanks for creating this forum and thank you in advance for any helpful tips.

I did some searching. It's used for menopause and people with hormone issues. Go to the dr and get all that checked before you take these. Might not need them. Lots of baby dust! God bless!

2 days late on cycle took digital  test this am which is negative. Extreme bloating and tiredness
