No more cramps?

Question

I haven't had a menstrual cramp since about 4 periods ago. I this something I should worry about? All of my periods have been very crampy, and the last 4 have been painless without the need for any pain medicines.

I would say absolutely nothing to worry about. I get the most severe cramps during my periods, they literally make me sick for the first couple days. My best friend however, doesn't get them at all. One time she even asked "what does a cramp feel like? How awful is it really?" Because she has no idea. Hers have always been painless. More than anything Id say you've got a gift from God! So enjoy it :)
