100% yes! 
When I was a child growing up in my old house, there was a little girl There that me, my mom, and my neice all seen. 
Now in my Current house, there's a dark figure that always stands in the one corner of my room and does nothing and one night I opened my eyes and seen a figure bent down messing with my makeup.

Spirits yes, ghosts not so much. I remember just a few days after a friend of mine passed away, I was standing in my kitchen thinking about him and all of a sudden I felt a wave of air pass over me. I was alone in the house and I just knew it was him reaching out to me.

I had a lot of experiences as a child. Countless. I grew up in a very old town, it's actually on the list for most haunted cities in Washington, and a few local bars/buildings here are in the list for most haunted in America! My family is pretty skeptical and a lot of them are religious but the experiences we have make them question and believe.

I don't have proof. But I have seen things. Things I can't explain... Shapes, shadows, sounds. I didn't believe for a long time and I kept telling myself they didn't exist... Until I couldn't deny it...

In 1999-2000 we moved into this beautiful 4 bedroom 2 story home . weeks went by and shit seemed off, like swarm of bugs randomly appearing, my 1yr old cousin magically locked in an unused bedroom upstairs, doors slamming shut.. So this is when shit really got weird. My mom purchased a new camera and decided to take pics, first few came out normal, then one was with a naked white woman sitting on the couch next to me. Every pic that was photographed in that house had captured a spirit
