Vacation spots!?

My husband and I are looking at planning our honeymoon...on our 1 year anniversary in January. He wants to go to Puerto Rico, the San Jose area, has anyone else gone there or know any Good beachy resorts in the Caribbean!? TIA!

Honestly, and this may sound cliche, but my husband and I went to sandals Montego Bay, and it was amazing and so romantic! Exactly what we needed, it can be as fun or as laid back as you want it to be. 😊 everything was all inclusive, including all the food, drinks and activities like snorkeling.  We had a beachfront walkout suite in the butler level, so we had a butler to set up our schedule, bring us drinks and food, all sorts of amazing stuff. Definitely going back there or another sandals resort when we get a chance!

I've been to San Juan as well as the other side of Puerto Rico to experience both the touristy areas,  as well as the local areas.  It was very beautiful!! The snorkeling out there is impeccable! We spent 5 hours just snorkeling the reefs around a local beach and got extremely sunburnt so make sure to reapply sunscreen like crazy if your out in the water. Over in San Juan,  they have a beautiful fort that you can tour. The city is also very quaint and cute.  It's got a lot of really cool buildings and doors!! And then  of course you also have the mountains that you can hike which has zip lining if you're into that (: hope this helps!!

We went to San Juan, Puerto Rico for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Stayed in an all inclusive but the city is awesome to walk around safely and find things to eat and do. The beaches are wonderful, people are friendly, prices are cheap compared to other places we have visited in the Caribbean, and you don't need a passport! :) I would definitely recommend it. Good luck!!

I have a neighbour who always goes to adult only resorts. Their an older couple in their 60s so they don't want to be bothered by kids running past on the beach or in the restaurants and stuff. They find it much quieter.
