When did you stop recording feedings, sleeping, and diapers?

I am already tired of doing it lol. Can I just trust my 7 week old twins to eat when they are hungry?

I never tracked sleeping or diapers. And only did feedings for a few weeks just so to make sure she was eating enough to get back to birth weight. After that she eats, sleeps, and poops when she wants to and I don't worry about it at all.

7 weeks if when I got tired of it too. I stopped and it's a lot less stressful now.

I would think so. By 7 weeks (and with previous doctor visits saying they were gaining the right amount of weight), i would think you could trust your babies to eat when they are hungry and stop when they are full.
