I've been using Vicks Sinex 12 hour nasal decongestant for months because I cannot breathe without it. Years ago I got a steroid shot and my allergy reactions came to a halt for a full year. When it wore off I began I singer the nasal spray intending to get another shot but found out I was pregnant. I kept using the nasal spray. We miscarried at 12 weeks, baby only measured 8 weeks. Does anyone know anything about nasal sprays? I am currently 4+3 with our rainbow and am worried. My doctor said "try not to" but never said Do Not Use. I take Zyrtec and that helps some (keeps me from sneezing and creating more mucus) but my nasal passages close up and I get no relief without the spray. I've only known I'm pregnant for a few days now. Does anyone know anything?
