Doggy style worked for me! He ejaculates close to the cervix so less swimming for the sperm. They have higher chance of getting to the egg closer to the cervix. Do rear entry and then roll on to your back with pillows under your butt for about 15-20 min.

We always use missionary position and then I put a put a pillow under my butt and elevate the pelvic area for 10-15 min. 
Works every time..just end in a miscarriage.
