For those who use the Nuva...how effective is it?

To be as preventive as possible, my partner and I use as most precaution as possible when having sex. I am on the Nuva ring and we usually accompany that method with condoms or the pull-out method. We haven't had a slip until now, but I am a bit worried. Should I take emergency contraception just to be safe? Or am I being a bit paranoid?

I had good experiences with nuvaring. Took it for over a year never  got pregnant. Had to stop because it actually messed up my cycle instead of regulating it.

Don't take contraceptive unless all methods failed. And if you use the ring right it's probably most definitely working. My guy would cum in me with no condom just the ring and I'm not pregnant.
