Any vegetarian/ vegans out there?

I have recently decided to go vegan, but it seems like I am judged for being different. Every time I tell someone they are very quick to try and attack me by saying how insane and stupid the idea is. I was wondering if any of you feel the same.🐮

I'm vegan. I posted a similar topic a few months ago. I'm sorry that people aren't treating your beliefs with respect. It sucks but remember that your doing an amazing thing for the animals, the environment, and your body :)

There are many on here. There's only one I can think of right now that I actually respect. 
Most vegans/vegetarians I've come across on here, attack meat eaters. They call us names, try and make us feel bad, etc. 
Ya don't wanna eat meat? Good for you. You wanna chow down on some bacon and a steak? Great. It doesn't matter wtf people eat.

Slowly transitioning to vegan. I 1000% support those who are choosing that life. I found it helpful to watch youtubers that promote it and talk about the benefits. "Freelee" on YouTube is pretty hardcore but she's informative.

A word of advice- if you want people to respect your choices and lifestyle do the same to other people. When you get off calling farmers r*pists because they are trying to lessen stress on their animals you're not going to gain respect from people who's opinions differ from yours.
