Need advise please

I just got what I think is a pretty positive result.. But my blood work was negative. Or what the walk in doctor said was negative. My hcg is only at 5.3 so he told me I'm not pregnant.. But this was my test this morning.. I'm feeling very confused. Anyone have any advice? Thanks!
