Shaking, Someone Reply Please

So my SO and I were hella tired from staying up last night doing art. Was with her this morning as we live in the same dorm. She was iritable and said she was gonna skip two of her classes and then come back. She said she'd tell one of her teachers she was sick. I'm a very honest person and even the tiniest of lies affect me. I felt terrible inside and told her when she came back. She got mad at me and it go to the point I had to walk out of the lounge we were in because I was shaking with tears. I checked back on her, my stuff was still there and she was gone. Now I'm laying in bed trying to stem the tears. Please I just want someone to talk to.
