The only way to tell would be by your hymen, the skin that covers the vaginal opening. But, that would be an indefinite way to tell because your hymen can tear simply by doing regular activity. Riding a bike or a horse, gymnastics, tampon use, masterbation, and other things, all can lead to a ripped or torn hymen. And some women aren't even born with a hymen to begin with.

When I was 16, I snuck out of my window to meet with my bf, and my parents caught me. (muddy footprints)  ?

Literally, my mom sent me to the gyno by myself for the first time AS A PUNISHMENT!  Who does that?!

I was a virgin, and I asked the Dr to please tell my mom that I was.  But he couldn't tell.  Some women don't have hymens to really break per se, and I'd used tampons.

So, can't prove virginity unless you have intact hymen.  Can't prove "not a virgin" at all either way.

They cannot tell if you are unless you have had a lot and are no longer "small" the more intercourse the looser you get

It doesn't matter. If you can't be open with your doctor and tell them yourself you have the wrong doctor. The doctor cannot tell your parents anything you tell them
