Hair and skin

I'm a FTM and my hair is so dull and lifeless but it's also started getting really greasy really quickly! My skin is the same,spotty and greasy throughout the day! (I don't wear make up on work days because I'm a chef and it doesn't seem worth it) any ideas or products to try to feel more pretty again? I'm in the uk,so things I can buy here please ladies :)
