This is my girl at 20 weeks. 
Here's my girl at 29 weeks. I wanted to make sure it was still s girl before my baby shower so got hem to reassure me at that appointment. I would get it checked for sure !

Girls usually have the three lines....but can have that little nub between also.

Its common though to mistake girl for boy because of angle or point of development. I'd say def have a second check just for peace of mind and no surprises!

This is my girl. Most boys have a noticeable penis. Girls have the lines. Yours doesn't quite look like a penis but it sticks out.. I would definitely have it re checked before making any gender specific purchases!!
