I worry a little too much😧

So I had a sonogram on the 31st, thought I was 9 weeks 3 days, baby was measuring 8 weeks 6 days...had a heartbeat of 167 BPM but baby wasn't moving...should I be concerned?? I'm such a worry wart!!! After 2 miscarriages I'm just so scared of another loss!!!!!
