Is this okay ?
I just started working graveyard shift 10pm-6:30 Am.... I usually eat before work something light and it can fill me up all day....When i get hungry at work i usually snack on something sugary and drink water or poweraid and sometimes coffee....Im not trying too loose weight but i feel like eventually the weight is going to fall off and it might fall off too fast is their anything i can do to eat light but still have enough to last me over without the extra snacking ?
