The plug can partially be disrupted but your body replaces it. That's why we have so much discharge...it's our bodies way of making sure the plug is constantly fresh and secure. If there's blood then contact your doctor otherwise it's normal

That's not enough to be your whole plug...it will rebuild itself! I lost a bunch about the size of a quarter 2 weeks ago at 28 weeks and went to the hospital...no contractions so I was sent home...but as for the whole if there's no blood your fine thing, that's not 100% true...I have 2 boys and when i lost my plug with both of them there was no blood on it!!

I went to the hospital after getting that same thing but about three times the size of that. They checked my cervix and it was long and closed. I think you are fine- I got it right on my 29th week too- maybe it's just common around this time
