So last night I had a really weird dream

Before I get into let me say

Me and my SO have been together for 2.5 years .. We are not actively TTC but we don't use condoms and I'm not on BC

I'm 22 and he is 24

Anyway...

So lastnight we went to bed...

I had a dream I was helping rescue a dog... We was trying to figure out where the dog lived... My SO left to go help someone else.. After he left I passed out

Was told I was unconscious for at least 20 mins and the drs couldn't figure out why it happened and released me...

I went back out to help the dogs with my puppy I have now

Found the home

Walked in to talk to the owner and as we were talking my nose started to bled and I passed out again... Was rushed to the ER and as I'm unconscious in my dream I hear a little voice saying you have to wake up I have a surprise for you

When I woke up in the Er the first thing I saw was a sonogram picture that said "It's a Girl"

Looked over the other way and my SO said see told you I would get my girl first...

Found out I was actually 5.5 months along I was crying in the dream and woke up like I was about to start crying...

Anyone have any idea what this means?

Maybe nothing? It was all honestly very weird....
