Someone posted this and was like "oh thank you (insert name) for deciding not to just run off and having visits with your son at least once a week. You are the worlds greatest for bringing over that pack of diapers when I was broke! Even though we're no longer together I'm glad you love your son."
... What?! So being a decent person and helping (very little btw) care for the child that they helped spawn makes it a huge deal? Shall we throw a parade? Shall we bow to the almighty (insert name) for doing the basic requirements for being a dad? Ugh. It's not like women everywhere have to care for kids because deadbeats leave them, do they get applause and adoration? No. They don't. They get called terrible names and denied from jobs because they're mothers and people worry they'd be "distracted" because of their kids. Disgusting double standard.
