HELP! Menstrual cup stuck
Okay I know what your thinking, that's not possible but here's the situation...
I have the paraguard Iud and I read up that tons of women use a cup who have an Iud and they love it no issues. So I ordered mine and put it in to try it out. I'm On one the last day or two of my period so it's pretty light but I was so excited I figured I'd try it. Now I'm trying to get it out but I feel the suction and I'm scared the suction will force my Iud out or that I'm going to pull the strings to hard. What do I do!?!
