As far as I understand it's just a method of timing BD'ing through your cycle. So for a 28 cycle BD every second day from day 8 until you get a positive OPK. When you get a positive OPK then BD for 3 days in a row, skip a day and then once more for good luck.

That's my understanding and what I read about it this week. It's supposed to be a pretty successful way to get you BFP because if you don't see a + on the OPK doesn't mean you haven't O'd and it'll give you the best chance to catch the eggy. I hope that makes sense!?!?

It is a plan where pretty much after af you baby dance every other day until you get a positive ovulation test. When you get the positive you bd that day the next day and day after that. So three days in a row and then skip a day and bd once more! I am going to try it this month.
