Hi ladies need your help on this one..

I'm 34 wks and 2 days pregnant. ..

Today wasn't too good for me...due for may 14...think I might be going in soon ....sharp needle pain shooting down my vjay...diarrhea. ..tummy ache that comes and goes...and baby is moving a lot. ..I'm concerned as I have a cerclage on as well...can you help me here please. ..should I be heading to the hospital. ..or these are fake signs?
