I don't feel pregnant...

So I know I am pregnant after 6 pregnancy tests but I feel so normal I haven't gotten any morning sickness at ALL. The only thing that has changed are my boobs I haven't gone to the clinic either, it just hasn't hit me or I'm not getting any symptoms. Is this normal? I usually hear about women feeling it from the beginning.
