Piercing Gone Wrong😭

Okay so I got my ears pierced back in October and I haven't changed my earrings in a few month and I went to take them out and I'm freaking out because they seem like they have embedded themselves in my ears and I can't get them out!😖😭😭 Advice?! Help?! Please!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
