Announcing to family?

My boyfriend and I want to announce on mothers day, and we will be a day shy of 15 weeks. Then we plan to announce gender on father's day. But I can't think of a cute way to announce! This will be our first living baby, first grandkid for my parents and 4th for his. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We got my MIL a book titled "Just Grandma, Grandpa and Me" and she started crying :)

You could give a sweet mothers day card and say like from me, boyfriend, and baby! That's what I did on Valentines Day. My mom was so adorable when she read the card. ^.^
