Weight loss
So since September last year I've lost 3 stone, I'm currently just borderline healthy/underweight. I would eat healthy all week but I'm just confused as last week I went away for 3 days and ate rubbish none stop and last night I had a bag of chips from the takeaway and I weighted myself this morning and I've still lost weight? When it comes to this topic in just very confused!
