Devastated

I thought this was a blessing. After a year and a half of me and my fiance trying to conceive, we finally got our bfp 3 weeks ago. I was cramping a week before my missed period and it just stayed constant. My hcg levels never doubled like they were supposed to and even at my ultrasound yesterday they still couldn't see a baby anywhere, not in my tubes and not in my uterus. I had spotting a week ago which was also my birthday and then again yesterday. A week ago I was told it was normal and everything was fine and here I am going to the hospital to get a shot to end the pregnancy. My choices they gave me were the shot or to just get my tube removed even though they had no clue where the pregnancy is in the first place. I'm beyond devastated. What a wonderful blessing this has turned out to be.
