Because of my age I was sent to a specialized maternal medicine clinic. At my u/s they took blood for chromosome abnormalities and gender. After waiting 8 days my results hadn't come back, then I find out that the sample was destroyed. Clearly, I was very upset. Then I received a call saying that there is documentation that I called and cancelled the test. I never made that call. Someone falsely documented and now I have no trust in said facility.
