I've always got discharge

Hi. I've never thought to ask my doctor but I've always had discharge like heavy. And idk if that's normal or not. I'm very clean and it's been awhile since I've had sex idk if that's why but it gets very aggravating having to change my underwear multiple times aday. Any advise?
