Not sure if my question makes sense, but I'm just wondering if the apps automatic inputs with the fertile window are accurate or just an estimated time of when it thinks you'll be fertile? The photo attached is just of when my fertile window was/should be, but I was reading up about the whole ovulation cycle and I came across something about ovulation pain like when you ovulate you can sometimes get little cramps etc when the egg gets released? I get it sometimes, but the day I get the "ovulation pain" is around 3 or 4 days after the app tells me I should have ovulated? Just a little confused and I think my fertile window starts later than what the app says it does but I'm pretty sure there's no way to change it? haha. 😂
