I delivered my daughter via c section on wed march 30th. She was doing great the first 2 days in the hospital then at night she wouldn't wanna nurse. Well I'm guessing the nurses were getting sick of hearing her cry because i was having a hard timw with her nursing. So had me try a nipple guard. she does great with the nipple guard. but since we've been home from the hospital she's lost almost 2 pounds doctors are thinking she's not getting enough milk from my breast. when I pump I'm only getting a half an ounce from both. It seemed like my milk came in on Saturday because when I was self Express my breast I would get a lot of milk into the nipple guard. getting worried! what things can I do to boost my Supply? doctors are talking about supplementing with formula so she'll gain weight. feeling kind of down because I'm not producing what she needs. Please help :(
