So with my first child, my pregnancy, birth, and post partum was super traumatizing for me. Nothing at all worked out the way I had wished and it made me get pretty bad post partum depression, and well I just want this time to be 1000% different. I want a lot of thought put into my birth plan because there's a lot haha. I just do not know where to start, how to make one and make sure the hospital and my Dr see it, I just feel lost as a puppy.
